Sharpening Stones

• Clean old metal residue and debris from the stone surface before use.
• Stabilize the stone securely on a flat, non-slip base.
• Apply a few drops or a light spray to create a thin, even film—avoid oversaturation.
• Sharpen the blade at a consistent angle with uniform pressure, reapplying oil as needed.
• After sharpening, wipe off the slurry and oil; clean the stone thoroughly to prevent clogging.

Knives
