Ruby Ceramic Sharpening Stones are used for finishing sharpening knives using Edge Pro compatible knife sharpeners (Hapstone, TSProf, etc). The stone has an extremely high hardness rating.
Ruby Ceramic scarcely wears over time. Extra-fine ceramic stones provide a super finish for the cutting edge.
