Gunny Cloth composite stropping pads consist of a polymer matrix with embedded soft metal powders. The addition of Gunny Juice diamond emulsion charges the stropping pad with diamond particles. The embedded diamond grains facilitate stock removal on the workpiece. The continuous wear of the bonding over its service life prevents clogging of the pad. The patterned surface helps to improve suspension flow and exchange. The Gunny Cloth stropping pads are designed to work synergistically with Gunny Juice. The pads are designed to wear to prevent loading with steel and debris.
